How we work?
We use CNC routers with special compression bits that prevent chips in the melamine or coated surface, also is possible to make complex cuts for to maximize the profit of the panels.
The list of parts must be provided to us, we use a Excel template for general parts and special parts, also we have a on-line app for the kitchens.
Once received the files, a nesting software calculate how many panels will be needed, this is made for our programmer team, and can take one or two days.
The customer will provide the panels a few days before the day it will be processed.
A single price will be charged for each panel when machined only 1 face, drilling or machining in the other side will have a charge.
